Overview

Suzanne has fifteen years of broad-based litigation and transactional experience. A substantial portion of her practice involves representing and advising some of Northern New Mexico's largest employers. Suzanne also has significant experience in representing businesses in commercial disputes and transactions, and representing businesses and individuals in real estate disputes and transactions. She also provides mediation services in the foregoing areas.  In the financial arena, Suzanne has delivered local opinions for entities ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in connection with multi-million and billion dollar lending transactions. She has also advised out of state banks regarding the nuances of New Mexico lending laws.  Rounding out her profile, Suzanne routinely handles licensing matters involving the Alcohol and Gaming and Construction Industries Divisions of New Mexico's Regulation and Licensing Department.
