Ms. Shaheen practices in the natural resources, environmental law, and litigation areas of the firm. She represents public entities, as well as private parties, with a focus on administrative and regulatory law. Prior to joining Montgomery & Andrews in September 2007, Ms. Shaheen clerked for the Honorable Celia Foy Castillo of the New Mexico Court of Appeals for two years.
