Overview

Since joining the firm in 1977, Nancy King has been a commercial lawyer representing banks and other commercial lenders in major loan and real property acquisition transactions including representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of utility systems. She also regularly reviews mineral titles for oil and gas companies purchasing and developing oil and gas properties in New Mexico.  For over 30 years, she has engaged in an active lobbying practice for numerous clients before the New Mexico state legislature and the executive branch and has enjoyed a regulatory practice representing clients before the Public Regulation Commission, the Taxation and Revenue Department and the Regulation and Licensing Department.  As a former Peace Corps Volunteer, Ms. King is fluent in the Spanish language.
