Overview

Seth C. McMillan is an associate in the Santa Fe office. His practice involves a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters, with a developing focus in oil and gas law.  Prior to joining Montgomery & Andrews in September 2008, Mr. McMillan served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lynn Pickard of the New Mexico Court of Appeals.  While in law school, Mr. McMillan served as manuscript editor on the New Mexico Law Review.  He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James A. Parker, U.S. District Court.
