Approval of Insurance Company Acquisition
Gary Kilpatric represented a Fortune 500 company in its application before the New Mexico Superintendent of Insurance for approval of the acquisition of control of a major New Mexico insurance company. Ultimately, through the efforts of Mr. Kilpatric and Montgomery & Andrews, a global settlement was reached approving the transaction and adopting a plan for the distribution of the charitable assets made available as a result of the transaction.
