Holly Agajanian and Jaime Kennedy represented an employer in a hearing on the merits in front of the New Mexico Human Rights Division wherein the plaintiff claimed that he was terminated based on his race and that the termination was the result of a conspiracy between non-minority employees.  Ms. Agajanian and Ms. Kennedy were able to rebut each of plaintiff’s claims of discrimination and obtain a judgment in favor of the employer.  They are currently working on the appeal of this matter.
