Business Environmental Practice
We have represented clients before the Environmental Improvement Board, Water Quality Control Commission, Oil Conservation Commission and Mining Commission, and have negotiated successfully with environmental regulators on behalf of our clients. In addition, we have represented clients before the full spectrum of federal environmental and land management agencies. Through our continuing contact with our clients, we are often able to provide valuable assistance in their efforts to accomplish corporate goals by being proactive in the regulatory process and in rule-making proceedings before various agencies. We also advise clients of new issues or problem areas in an attempt to avoid regulatory problems.
