We effectively represent clients in matters before the full range of U.S. and state employment agencies, including the EEOC, the Human Rights Division, and the Workers’ Compensation Administration.

The Group also has broad experience in labor relations, and regularly assists employers in dealing with various aspects of union-related matters including drafting and interpreting collective bargaining agreements, negotiating contracts, and establishing working relationships with unions.

Additionally, Montgomery & Andrews attorneys are available to help reduce our clients’ risk of employment disputes by advising managers and supervisors on the myriad federal and applicable state employment laws, and are able to assist clients by auditing and counseling on all aspects of the employment relationship, including hiring, retention, performance management, termination and OSHA compliance.
